Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Yes. During Prime Time (Memorial Day – Labor Day), the minimum stay is one week. Off-season and shoulder seasons require a 3-night minimum. Some properties offer 2-night stays in the off-season with an additional cleaning fee.
It depends on the property. The Sail Inn is dog-friendly (maximum 2 dogs with a $150/dog fee). However The Dolphin with The Seahorse as pet-free.
Yes. You must be 25 years or older to rent our properties.
Absolutely. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip interruption — especially during hurricane season (June 1 – November 30). NC Vacation Rental Act states refunds are not due for stays interrupted by natural disasters if guests opted out of travel insurance.
Property & Amenities
Beds are furnished with pillows and comforters. You may bring your own linens or rent them from local services like Sweet Dreams Linens, Seaside Linen, or Me and Mom Rentals.
Yes! All properties have free high-speed WiFi (50+ Mbps) and Smart TVs with streaming apps and cable access.
Our kitchens are fully stocked with everything you need — refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes, utensils, and more.
Yes! We provide beach chairs, beach toys, coolers, and boogie boards. Just check the outside storage closet.
The Dolphin and The Seahorse have access to a shared pool (open April 1 – October 31). The Sail Inn is oceanfront with direct beach access.
