Q: Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes. During prime season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), the minimum stay is one week. Off-season and shoulder seasons require a 3-night minimum. Some properties offer 2-night stays in the off-season with an additional cleaning fee.

Q: Is there WiFi and TV?

Yes. All properties have free high-speed WiFi (50+ Mbps) and Roku Smart TVs with streaming apps and Spectrum Cable TV access.

Q: What is included in the kitchen?

Our kitchens are fully stocked with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and 12-cup coffee makers, blender, toaster, waffle maker, crock pot, cookware, dishes, utensils, and more.

Q: Is there beach equipment available?

Yes. We provide beach chairs, beach toys, coolers, and boogie boards in the outside storage closet.

Booking & Policies

01. What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

02. Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes. During Prime Season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), the minimum stay is one week. Off-season and shoulder seasons require a 3-night minimum. Some properties offer 2-night stays in the off-season with an additional cleaning fee.

03. Are pets allowed at TopsailAway properties?

The Salty Surfer is dog-friendly and welcomes up to 2 well-behaved dogs with a $200 per-dog fee. The Dolphin and The Seahorse are pet-free properties.

04. Is there a minimum age to book?

Yes. You must be 25 years or older to rent any TopsailAway property.

05. Do you recommend travel insurance?

Absolutely. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip interruption — especially during hurricane season (June 1 – November 30). The NC Vacation Rental Act states refunds are not due for stays interrupted by natural disasters if guests opted out of travel insurance.

06. Are linens and towels provided?

Beds are furnished with pillows and comforters. You may bring your own linens or rent them from local services like Sweet Dreams Linens, Seaside Linen, or Me and Mom Rentals.

10. Is there a pool?

The Dolphin and The Seahorse have access to a shared zero-entry community pool open April 1 through October 31, with four cabanas and ample seating. The Salty Surfer is oceanfront with direct beach access but does not have pool access.
